Sales Operations Specialist

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience on a similar position;
• Deutsche ?В2-С1;English ?В2-С1?;Proven computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel user;
• Excellent communication and presentation skillset;
• High level learning skills (for large scale of information);
• Detail-oriented and well-organized person, commitment to quality work processes.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of French/Norwegian/Dutch;
• Experience in Quality Control, Back Office, Billing, DB Admin, Call-centre;
• Hands on experience with CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Quality control of key sales policies and procedures implementation;
• Active participation in the development of policies and procedures to improve quality processes;
• Reporting and providing feedback according to results of the quality audit;
• Promotion a culture of continuous improvement and success, offering improvement suggestions.
