Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience on a similar position;
- Deutsche ?В2-С1;English ?В2-С1?;Proven computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user;
- Excellent communication and presentation skillset;
- High level learning skills (for large scale of information);
- Detail-oriented and well-organized person, commitment to quality work processes.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of French/Norwegian/Dutch;
- Experience in Quality Control, Back Office, Billing, DB Admin, Call-centre;
- Hands on experience with CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control of key sales policies and procedures implementation;
- Active participation in the development of policies and procedures to improve quality processes;
- Reporting and providing feedback according to results of the quality audit;
- Promotion a culture of continuous improvement and success, offering improvement suggestions.
