    In our Kiev office we are looking for a talented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will conduct recruitment projects for international vacancies. Candidates for this vacancy ARE NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITING.

     

    This position does not require any recruitment experience - it is important to be motivated and able to learn quickly. Our approaches to recruiting are very different from those of most other companies in Kiev, so we prefer those candidates who can be trained.

     

    Our ideal candidate:

     

    • English proficiency not lower than C1 level (written and verbal);
    • Possesses excellent active listening skills;
    • Has successful experience in negotiating in English (in any field);
    • Quickly learns new information and incorporates it into work processes;
    • Operatively switches between tasks and profoundly penetrates the essence of what it accomplishes; Quickly adapts to change and offers new approaches;
    • Looks critically at his work, open to direct feedback and accepts it as an opportunity for development;
    • Continually looking for technologies that improve the quality and speed of action.
    • Knows what stages the recruiting process consists of and wants to try himself as the manager of this process;

    • Successful management of 2-3 international recruitment projects simultaneously;
