In our Kiev office we are looking for a talented International Talent Acquisition Specialist, which will conduct recruitment projects for international vacancies.

Our ideal candidate:

• English proficiency not lower than C1 level (written and verbal);
• Understands the full cycle of recruiting, possesses the necessary recruitment tools and knows the channels for finding candidates;
• Able to demonstrate successfully implemented international contracting projects;
• Possesses excellent active listening skills;
• Quickly learns new information and applies it in work;
• Operatively switches between tasks and profoundly penetrates the essence of what it accomplishes;
• Quickly adapts to change, experiments, and offers new approaches;
• Has a critical eye on his work, is open to direct feedback, accepts it as an opportunity for development;
• Continually looking for technologies that improve the quality and speed of the recruiting process.
