Business Analyst (CRM/CPM)

We are currently looking for a 

Business Analyst (CRM/CPM)

What you'll do:

• Meeting Technical staff and Business stakeholders on aspects of scope clarification, requirements gathering, coordination, etc
• Requirements management: gathering, prioritization, decomposition business requirements to functional, use case and functional case development, development of solution presentations
• Development and maintenance of business analysis documents for internal and external use
• Active collaboration with technical, QA team and Management team for planning, resolving project issues and assessment purposes

What  we are looking for:

Education:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is required.
• 2+ year previous experience analyzing, designing, architecting, developing, implementing, supporting or integrating business solutions.
• Previous experience working with users developing business requirements.
• Working knowledge, experience with, and/or developing of systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Experience in business analysis:

• Requirements gathering, prioritization, decomposition, scope clarification with business and technical stakeholders
• Preparation of documentation of functional and system requirements for software applications
• Preparation of use-case documentation and system integration agreements
• Computer software application design development and documentation
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Preparation of mock-ups, visualizing system screens and functions
• Object/Data Model design and configuration
• UML experience, including each of the following: use-case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state diagrams, class diagrams, and component diagrams
• Understanding of eTOM processes: Request to Answer, Problem to Solution, Complaint to Solution, Trouble Ticket to Solution and corresponding domains: Customer Domain. Service Domain and Resource Domain
• Fluent English

Nice-to-have experience:

• Technical and Business Requirements negotiation experience
• Experience with prototyping tools (i.e Axure)
• Experience with visual modeling and design tool - Enterprise Architect
