Responsibilities:
Information management on the training opportunities within the knowledge domain:
- Identification of centers of excellence and expert/senior-level employees within the domain, as well as building relationships with them
- Cataloguing effective external knowledge and training sources (vendors, community, conferences, training centers, e-libraries, etc.): selection, quality control, search of new ones
Regular communication with potential stakeholders (internal customers):
- Identify and specify training and the employee development needs, advise on available training resources to address it
- Ensure transparency of training effectiveness and ongoing projects
- Post-training support for trained personnel and sponsors to assure expected training results
Launch of training program development projects, specifying objectives, scope, identifying sponsors and stakeholders:
- Assure content curation for the training program, work with stakeholders and their expectations
- Form the project scope
- Staff the project (trainers, mentors, training course developers)
- Execution and schedule management, prepare MVP for quick launch
- Ensure clear project progress
- Ensure ID assistance to experts, manage the training effectiveness
- Form the sets of training courses (trajectories) for various objectives and target audience
- Pilot the training program, update and rollout, including conversion to the blended learning format where appropriate
- Transfer to support: Define training schedule planning procedures, formation of groups, training materials quality and change management, select authorized trainers and mentors
Assessment of goals achieved in the completed projects or regular monitoring of training effectiveness within the domain

Requirements
- Higher technical education or IT-related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind
- Project management skills
- English: Upper intermediate or higher
