Junior Business Analyst

Requirements:

Education

• Student of last courses or already has degree (technical education only)

Specialized knowledge

• Working knowledge of the principles of designing relational databases (baseline)
• Active skills using SQL-scripts

As a Plus

• Experience in Telecom
• Technical background will be a plus

• Intermediate level of English
• Self-organization and attention to details
• Ability to work in the team
• Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback
• Strong problem solving and research skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Good time-management skills, the ability to handle multi-tasking activities
• Ability to learn quickly in order to understand different business areas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with little or no supervision effectively handling small and medium projects
• Analyze functional requirements and help develop a consistent solution scope
• Solving typical user incidents through remote access (system crashes, data synchronization/import/export issues)
• Analyze functional requirements, specify and document them to an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the project team
• Build communication channels and develop relationships with internal and external project stakeholders
• Review the business analysis deliverables with the project team
• Assist in acceptance testing
• Creating specifications for the development of additional functionality of the software product and reports
