Radio network planning and optimization Engineer

Responsibilities:

• 4G network planning;
• 4G Site design creation;
• 2G/3G/4G KPI optimization and site troubelshooting;
• eNodeB features and parameters tunning and implementation;
• KPIs analysis and taking action for improvement;
• KPIs reporting;
• Technical support to the one of the Biggest Telco Operator

Requirements:

•  Bachelor Degree in Radio telecommunication. Masters is an advantage
• Knowledge of TEMS Discovery, Nemo Analyser
• Knowledge of Forsk Atoll
• Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G. Any of the mentioned technology shall be in advanced level
• Knowledge of ZTE Equipment, OSS system, CNO or Huawei similar tools
• Experience in Radio Network Planning or Optimization for at least 3 years with the prooven records
• Good level of English (B1/B2 grade is acceptable), Ukrainian and Russian, including listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• Good interpersonal communication skills
