OSS engineer

One of the leading telecom vendors ZTE Ukraine is looking for a OSS engineer for maintenance project in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing support to customer by processing requests. Root cause analysis of issues with SLA period;

2. Operation on existing OSS servers including software upgrades, fault detection, alarm clean up.

3. Outage reports for all systems per incident & one full summary report per month with preventive action to avoid similar outage.

4. Network Maintenance & System health check, Follow standard operation procedure, output the report quarterly;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree and above, profession in Information Technology or related specialty.

2. Any experience in Telecom field.

3. Basic English is required for reading documents and communicating verbally and by emails.

4. Linux/Unix/Solaris, Data Base software (Oracle/Sybase) and basic IP knowledge
