Junior Management Accountant

IDENON welcomes talented professionals to join our dynamic company as a Management Accountant. We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team. You will be a key player in the delivery of our products and services, working with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

The following skills are important to us:

— 2+ years of experience with Finance;

— Use of computerised accounting systems and spreadsheets;

— Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles and practices;

— Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office;

— Knowledge of cost accounting and reporting;

— Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;

— Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Will be a plus:

— Financial education;

— 1 year experience of working in IT;

— Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level.

Your future responsibilities:

— Expenses calculations for hosting, web services, IT infrastructure, etc.;

— Distribution various expenses of administrative staff according to the selected distribution base (rent, salary, taxes, insurance and related taxes, accounting and legal services, IT infrastructure, recruiting expenses, etc.);

— Calculation of fixed and intangible asset depreciation, fixed assets management accounting;

— Expenses accruals in 1C;

— Control for employees working hours breakdown between different projects in management accounting;

— Monthly financial reporting package (P&L, CF and BS) for the project;

— Supporting P&L and CF budgeting and project funding;

— Providing tasks for payment in the ERP system (Jira);

— Providing reports to Financial department and other inner stakeholders.
