We are looking for Customer care specialist 24/7 for post-sale support avia (airline tickets reissue/refunds voluntary/involuntary, ancillaries) and non-avia products (hotels).
Working Conditions:
- Day/night shifts.
- 24/7 hr schedules available
- Young and friendly staff
- A work place in comfortable office and with energized team.
Requirements:
- GDS knowledge Sabre, Amadeus, Airlines direct access work experience
- English, Russian, Ukrainian languages
- Desire to work in a team environment and be a team player.
Job Functions:
- Daily communication with customers, Airlines, Hotels CRM
- accounting programs, reports
- Coordination and applying to certain schedules
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.
