About the Role:

In Financial Operations Manager role, you will be a part of our Finance Department, taking part in corporate financial accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, implementation of strategies and systems, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. The overall goal is to offer our stakeholders an accurate representation of the financial operations.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company including payroll and HR oversight, procurement, billing, A/R, A/P, and other financial transactions
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for the Senior Management team
• Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Participate in preparation of the company's financial statements, including support with month-end and year-end processes
• Monitor quality control over financial transaction and financial reporting
• Additional duties as necessary

What You'll Need:

• Ability to work and effectively communicate with the Senior Management team
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting including generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP or IFRS)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA., MBA., or CFA is a plus
