Спеціаліст контроля якості/ Quality control Specialist

Запрошуємо до команди Спеціаліста з оцінки роботи персоналу / Quality service specialist
Графік роботи: з 15 до 21 г в офісі, ( далі робота з дому) п'ятиденка, субота-неділя-вихідні
Requirements:
- English - from B2 and higher;
- Knowledge of the basics of personnel evaluation methods;
- Detailed accuracy with record keeping
- Strong understanding of Customer service basics;
- Able to give positive and constructive feedback to employees regarding the quality of work;
- Previous participation in KPI&OKR projects and other goal-setting and efficiency systems;
- Work experience and participation in projects in the field of personnel assessment and development will be an additional benefit;
- Experience conducting projects to introduce personnel evaluation from the beginning is considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding company targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Develop staff and set individual goals and ensure they are met.
- Develop, organize and support regular assessment activities for the employees.
- Participation in the implementation of personnel performance evaluation projects (OKR, KPI).
- Participation in the development and administration of processes and policies in personnel performance evaluation and management.
- Weekly reports of the work results.
