Dispatcher/ Logistics specialist in EU transport market

American freight forwarding company Empire National Inc. together with its polish logistic partner opens a new office in Warsaw and is looking for Dispatcher. We are looking for a Dispatcher/Logistic specialist with experience and skills in sales of logistics services in the FTL international market.

 Our expectations for the applicants are:

-   to find shippers in the market of full truck loads transportation in EU countries;

-   it is required to have your own shipper base;

-  to be fluent in English.  It’s a big advantage, if you know additionally one of the following languages: Polish, German, French and Spanish;

-  to have experience working with load boards and know how to calculate tenders; 

-  Mobility, communication, partnership skills, interest to take part in exhibitions and conferences;

-  Self-development, strategic thinking, ability to achieve goals;

Be ready to:

-       organize and control the work of division;

-       optimize logistics operations costs and efficiency; 

-       process of shipment requests;

-       handle the transport documents;

-       proactively seek, engage and build long-term partnerships with potential clients; developing the company’s clients base;

-       manage the work of carriers;

-       develop relationships with corporate clients and to be able to find an individual approach to each shipper;

-       manage documents flow;

-       monitor the market for transport and cargo requirements on a daily basis;

-       know the specific of FTL transportation in Europe and maintain transport applications.
