A successful online marketing company is looking for Head of Affiliation and Partner Sales to join the team in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management
  • Bonus plan management
  • Set up processes of work
  • Mentoring
  • Work closely with PM/BA of SW product
  • Inspire, lead and motivate the team.
  • The formation of coordinated work, improving the effectiveness of the team.
  • Responsible for payroll, performance evaluation of the team.
  • Work and transactions with the company's partners and attracting new
  • Analysis of markets, analysis of competitors, potential partners and their products.
  • Finding and creating new project and business opportunities with in the affiliation and partners sales areas that correlate with the end result of growing the business in a clear and measurable ways.
  • Work on optimizing processes to increase traffic: CPA, conferences, networks, communications and forums, an well an monitoring their well-coordinated work.

  • Planning and budget management in accordance with key KPI of the project.
  • Full responsibility for delivering on the Affiliation targets in all markets measured on CR epc leads FTD

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of leading positions in the Affiliate Industry with a solid track record of securing, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships whole directly contributing to business growth and profitability
  • Experience working in CFD, gambling, forex, crypto or other industries with similar business model and mechanics.
  • Experience in team management with ability to quickly build and maintain professional relationships in a stressful environment.
  • Very strong leadership skills and experience of leading and facilitating large teams to reach its full potential.
  • Strategic mindset that is able to anticipate, identify and solve issues before they become problems.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and drive the business forward with innovative solutions to new challenges. Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent English and strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills are required.
