The Luck Factory is gambling company. Our offices are based in the most dynamic cities of Europe (Riga, Barcelona, Limassol, Lisbon, Kharkiv).Our goal is to have a small, closely knit engineering team that is able to have an outsized impact. This means leveraging the latest technologies and writing easy to maintain code. We prioritize shipping new features and product improvements while still building our platform in a way where we do not become overburdened with technical debt. We want team members who show initiative and take responsibility for the production systems they work on. We are currently looking for the Lawyer for our Kharkiv team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as Media Buyer;

• Experience in digital performance marketing including an understanding of affiliate programs;

• Expertise with online media buying via Google, Facebook, Taboola etc. 

• Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore);

• Interest in following advertising and media trends;

• Attention to details;

• Critical thinking skills;

• Fluent English

Tasks

• Develop, execute, and help lead digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions at an optimal CPA. 

• Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix;

• Experiment with new platforms and channels;

• Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately;

• Test the performance of ad creative, landing page design, beta opportunities, and other campaign elements to improve results;
