Customer Support Manager

We are looking for account manager to join our fast-growing marketing team. 

As the Support Manager, you will work hand in hand with the Marketing affiliate team, with hands-on new partnerships for Esmedia?s products range. 

Main tasks:

• Handle incoming partnership requests from our site and assist them in getting started.
• Supporting existing partners
• Dealing with complaints and queries
•  Effective interaction with the team

What we want you to bring

• Excellent English communication skills (B2+)
• High stress resistance, organized & fast learner 
• Sociability and friendliness (customer focus required)
• Previous support experience is welcome.
