Stock Keeper

Our client, one of the leading manufacturers of wind turbines announced the opening of the position of Stock Keeper/ (Мелитополь).

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Stock Keeper administers the operations of a store. Hereceives, verifies and handles deliveries. Upon request of the direct management the Stock Keeper performs administrative and financial tasks and issues necessary documents. Moreover he provides information to the immediate manager, the service technicians and the back office and maintains and performs the inventory of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and administers the operations of a store. Receives, identifies and verifies merchandise.
• Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock and coordinates them with immediate management
• Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order numbers, receiving dates, shipping dates, etc.
• Basic Safety knowledge. Handles and stores merchandise or special products that require some knowledge of spontaneous combustion, toxicity, fragility, rapid deterioration, contamination, etc.
• According to requirements and established procedures, arranges stock. In case of emergency or in order to replace outdated material, suggests substitutes available in the store
• Ensures cleanliness of the work area
• Ensure the pick, pack and ship of the materials to the sites.
• Invoice process flow, review acts of acceptance and payment supporting documents

Requirements:

• Completed Electrical or mechanical degree from a college/university
• One year related working experience / perhaps no work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to cope with high level of change and pressure
• Has positive mindset and supportive attitude
• Pre-intermediate knowledge of written and verbal English
• Good knowledge of English both written and verbal
