Customer Support Compliance Agent (Hindi+English)

The recruiting agency MIDGARD CONSULTING is currently recruiting employees for an international analytical company specializing in consulting. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Customer Support Agents with knowledge of Hindi and English ready to join our friendly and experienced team.

Your tasks:

• Passing the verification procedure with the company’s clients
• Addressing customer’s needs and concerns, explaining rules, providing all needed information;
• Informing Hindi and English-speakers clients over the phone about missing documents for verification;
• All performed via e-mails, calls.

Your profile:

• Language:fluent Hindi and at list B2+ English.
• Great communication & negotiation skills;
• Stress-resistance, self-confidence, perseverance;
• Previous experience in call-centre / compliance department is a plus, but not important.
