Junior Corporate Reporting Specialist

WE ARE

Сorporate reporting department is one of the SoftServe financial departments, which consists of a team of professionals and plays a critical role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with IFRS regulatory requirements. Our main goal is managing and producing accurate and timely reports that provide critical information about the organization's performance, financial status, and key metrics. We are in charge of collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from various departments and business units within the organization to stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and regulatory bodies.

YOU ARE

• Having 1+ year of professional experience in accounting, compliance, and advisory
• Proficient in accounting principles
• Showing excellent organization and time-management skills
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Great at problem-solving and ensuring high-quality work
• Demonstrating Intermediate strong English level, and the advantage of Spanish knowledge

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Following deadlines per month: closing schedules and instructions
• Operational posting, processing journal entries, document flow, and running defined checks and controls
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to process improvements and automation
• Participating in Company’s projects on a Group Level
