OHS and Fire Safety department helps the company comply with the OHS and fire safety legislation. In addition, we provide a complex range of work safety and fire safety services for all offices, laboratories, server rooms, and warehousing. Our job is to guarantee a non-hazardous and safe workplace for the employees and clients in a company.

You will participate in a variety of projects like preparation of OHS and fire safety regulations and plans, building an OHSAS system in the company, OHS risk assessment in the workplace, occupational health measurements, and OHS and fire safety consultancy for employees and clients.

YOU ARE

A candidate showing the following expertise

• Higher technical education
• Knowledge of 'Law on labor protection', 'Law on fire safety', the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine, resolutions, rules, standards, norms, regulations, and other documents on labor protection and fire safety
• Fundamentals of labor legislation
• Knowledge of PC at the level of a confident user. MS Office package
• Experience in labor protection from 5 years

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Participating in surveys of technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment and facilities, efficiency of ventilation systems, and fire equipment, which determined their compliance with the requirements of acts on labor protection and fire safety
• Developing regulatory documentation (orders, regulations, instructions, methodical recommendations)
• Communicating orders, instructions, etc. to the company's divisions, documents on the competence of labor protection and fire safety
• Developing and conducting training for the company's personnel on labor protection and fire safety
• Controlling (auditing) the condition of employees' workplaces and compliance with their regulations on OP and PB
• Participating in the investigation of accidents at the company, occupational diseases, equipment malfunctions, and fires
• Organizing of admission and control of contractors
• Interacting with state control bodies on labor protection, fire safety, and emergencies
• Concluding contracts with contractors for services in the field of labor protection and fire safety
