YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Supporting operational activities of HR project aimed to implement leadership competency profiles for leaders across all functional roles and levels
• Support organizing and coordinating testing pilots for designed processes within leadership development projects
• Helping in creating supporting materials for project stakeholders (guidelines, templates, briefs, reports)
• Acting as a contact point and coordinator for pilot participants and other stakeholders (senior stakeholders across all functions and locations) in ongoing projects
• Organizing meetings and working sessions within the project
• Collecting and analyzing project-related data, reports, and measures
• Tracking and reporting project status and outcomes
• Design of the pilots and brainstorming sessions for creating the best leadership experience
• Executing and supporting team-related activities
• Strategic, innovative projects aimed at providing the best experience to our leaders
• Cross-company experts in HR and Learning and Development
• Remote team of professionals with real passion, collaboration, and a great sense of humor
