Business Unit Coordinators Team supporting Client Success Leads & Delivery organizations in the company to achieve the common, company goals, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure cross-unit communication.

YOU ARE
- Experienced with administrating business processes or services
- Able to balance multiple projects at once and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A person with strong planning skills and problem-solving ability
- Client and detail-oriented, pro-active, and flexible
- An excellent communicator with Upper-Intermediate+ English level
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Processing execution according to defined workflows: documenting, presentation templates, reports preparation & materials collecting and storing, invoicing, cost verification, revenue and profitability forecast validation with the delivery team
- Service requesters (Client Success Leads & Delivery Directors (CSLs&DDs)) to meet their needs and expectations
- Monitoring processes execution, ensuring achievement of process execution goals
- CSLs supporting in the team performance tracking and assisting with accounts development: vacancies and market research, accounting development plan consolidation and actions execution tracking; analyzing of financial results and recommendations
- Collecting and storing process-related metrics and data for future analysis
- Educating process stakeholders on process-related aspects – assisting CSLs, DDs with a new subordinate onboarding
- Executing and supporting departments and team-related activities
- Events organizing, team socialization to increase team engagement: Team Building and Team meetings organization
- Supporting of the internal initiative – driving and coordinating with the concrete, valuable outcomes
- Making sure CSLs, DDs of assigned Business Unit are aligned
