We are ready to offer you a continuous long-term project that consists of a subset of smaller projects having a common idea of providing weather forecasts for purposes of different domains, such as aviation, energy, and media.

SoftServe is responsible for product development either as a dedicated team or team extension of client teams. At the same time, we have dedicated mobile teams where the whole development and testing is on our side.

YOU ARE

• Holding previous experience in project management or in administration
• Having a positive mind, high motivation, and willingness to work on a long-term project
• Able to manage a distributed team, flexible and attentive to details
• Showing good communication skills with subordinates and clients (negotiation, conflicts resolution, motivation)
• Possessing professional financial background
• Showing good knowledge of Excel
• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Managing project team, monitoring team performance, and doing cost management
• Reporting project status to stakeholders (including high-level status in regards to the client, people, and business development perspectives)
• Identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating, and communicating project cost risks
• Resolving, tracing, and escalating critical issues
• Planning and managing internal/external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
