WE ARE

Helping our clients on a continuous long-term project that consists of a subset of smaller projects that have a common idea of providing weather forecasts for purposes of different domains, such as aviation, energy, and media.

SoftServe is responsible for product development either as a dedicated team or team extension of client teams. At the same time, we have dedicated mobile teams where the whole development and testing are on our side.

YOU ARE

A candidate with

• Previous experience in project management/administration
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Positive mind, high motivation, and willingness to work on a long-term project
• Ability to manage a distributed team Flexibility and attentiveness to details
• Following attitude: proactive, forward-thinking, and passionate about project management
• Good communication skills with subordinates and clients (negotiation, conflicts resolution, motivation and etc.)
• Technical education/background and financial background

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Managing the project team and costs
• Monitoring team performance
• Reporting project status to stakeholders (including high-level status in regards to the client, people, and business development perspectives) 
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project cost risks
• Resolve, trace and escalate critical issues
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
