Demonstrating such education and degree

  • Master's degree or possessing equivalent experience
  • HR Management/Management/Psychology/Sociology (desirable specialization)

A Specialist with knowledge and understanding of

  • How an organization operates: organizational design, business functions, roles, managerial chains, etc.
  • Political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental trends that influence the organization
  • The specifics of IT business domain
  • Multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices; employee relations, loyalty, and retention; diversity and inclusion; performance management; employment law, etc.
  • HR data sources and methods of calculations and analysis
  • Group dynamics and developmental stages
  • Different personality traits, motives, and characteristics
  • Global & cultural differences

A holder of such soft skills

  • Self-awareness, learning agility, and active listening
  • Emotional intelligence and self-regulation
  • Non-violent written and verbal communication on Intermediate Strong+ English level
  • Public speaking, meeting management, planning, and organization

Acting as a strategic partner, HR Front End Consultant, people Practices Coach, and Emergency Responder

Strategic partner

  • Identifying business challenges and opportunities in Department
  • Co-creating HR strategy for Department hand-in-hand with business leader
  • Providing input on Department organizational design
  • Change Agent
  • Analyzing HR data (ESAT, turnover, people costs, etc.) in Department
  • Analyzing external and internal trends and benchmarks in partnership with the HR group to develop the best HR solutions
  • Consulting business leaders on the improvement of people management environment
  • Ensuring smooth introduction and implementation of new HR solutions, programs, and policies within the Department through cross-functional cooperation
  • In cooperation with the HR Center of Excellence, initiating changes in corporate HR services and policies based on business needs and challenges

HR Front End Consultant

  • Delivery of HR strategy to business leaders
  • Guiding leaders through corporate Human Resources services and processes: mobility program, compensation & benefits, performance management, etc.
  • Representing HR function in client-facing events (on demand)

People Practices Coach

  • Co-creating leadership workforce plan and pipeline, identifying and building key talent segments
  • Coaching business leaders on team composition and development
  • Together with line management identify, selecting, hiring and onboard key talents
  • Identifying training needs and monitoring developmental process for key talents
  • Coaching leaders on various feedback sessions (feedback sessions, 360, 1:1, etc.)
  • Consulting leaders on the development and communication of business goals, OKRs, personal objectives, and development plans of their teams
  • Consulting leaders on compensation management best practices
  • Providing support in ESAT result analysis, interpretation, and development of action items
  • Conducting team facilitation/team coaching sessions (on demand) to achieve synergy through the involvement of team members in decision-making and execution

Emergency Responder

  • Evaluating and mitigating risks in people management-related areas (conflict of interests, loss of key talent, etc.)
  • Investigating sensitive cases with the involvement of responsible stakeholders
  • Acting as a third party in conflict resolution
  • Facilitating damage control actions
