Junior DevOps Engineer (Lviv, Dnipro, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Ternopil (ID 63063)

IT DevOps and Project support are teams of IT ninjas who are always around and able to help in any, even the most difficult situation. As a part of our team, you will be involved in support of various projects of different scales and directions together with the leaders of these directions. A wide range of technologies will allow you to harmoniously develop your professional skills and advanced practice in existing services support and implementation of exciting new initiatives.


  • Having a Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Possessing 1 year+ experience in administrating and support IT infrastructure systems and applications
  • Demonstrating at least Pre-Intermediate level of English

Competent in such applications as

  • MS Windows Server Administration
  • Active Directory, DNS, RDP
  • Desirable Azure AD, Office365, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, SQL Server administration

Experienced in Unix and Virtualization 

  • Linux server administration
  • Virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware)
  • Reliable storage systems (hardware and software) for huge volumes of data

Knowledgeable of

  • Core infrastructure services including DNS, Proxy, DHCP, Email, NFS, FTP, Web
  • Working with backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Information Security control solutions and services (e.g. Antivirus endpoint protection, vulnerabilities scanner services)
  • Centralizing monitoring systems (Nagios, etc.) products


  • Consistent delivery of high-quality services to clients
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing project infrastructure issues
  • Resolving service incidents as Layer 3 support, performing troubleshooting and incident escalation
  • Monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration (optional)
  • Tracking and resolving technical challenges (desirable)
  • Updating/enhancing current software
  • Regular participation in reviews of teamwork products
  • Communicating with external contractors and service providers
  • Developing professional skills and knowledge by participating in a DevOps Competence Group (optional)
