As a Senior PR Specialist and a member of the Corporate Reputation and CSR team, you will interact with multiple stakeholders throughout the company to drive a consistent drumbeat of press and media coverage in the market and strength SoftServe's leading positions on the Talent Market in Ukraine.

YOU ARE

• A solid professional in corporate PR with at least 5 years of experience
• The holder of a Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
• A person with a deep understanding of IT business and how to drive related media and experience working with global companies
• Able to drive strategy and execution for highly complex and fast-moving communications programs and initiatives, including business operations, strategic partnerships, deep tech expertise promo, and major industry events in Ukraine
• Capable of consulting on PR best practices and executing ones
• Having advanced communications skills (written and verbal), as well as time management, decision making, human relations, public speaking, organizational skills, attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and ability to execute through to completion
• A person with a global mindset and the ability to function in a matrix environment, with multiple demands
• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate strong English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Identifying business challenges and executing PR strategies to address them, and strengthen SoftServe's reputation and Employer brand in the talent market
• Driving external communications through gained and own media to support business strategy, talent marketing needs, and Employee Value Proposition, and drive growth for the business
• Supporting SoftServe ambassadors and leaders with personal PR, interviews, speaking opportunities, etc
• Working closely with PR analytics tools to track success metrics and determine the impact of communication efforts
• Building and maintaining relationships with key media; managing incoming media inquiries and interview requests; developing briefing materials and prep spokespeople in advance of interviews
• Developing written materials, including press releases, media comments, blog articles, Q&As, presentations, and speeches
• Organizing events including press conferences, open days, and press tours
• Maintaining a keen understanding of market-moving news and key industry trends to identify executive thought leadership opportunities

• Build a comprehensive global strategy, guidelines, and processes for all Employer Brand and PR activities
• Drive a results-driven public relations program – managing development, implementation, and coordination of internal and external strategies with the goal of establishing and maintaining a favorable image of SoftServe with the media, candidates, employees, and the public
• Align with partners to optimize communications activities and maximize earned media mentions
