YOU ARE 

• A candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher (management of HR is preferable)
• A graduate of Recruiting or HR courses and would like to start your career within this direction
• Having at least a basic understanding of how IT outsourcing industry works and would like to dive deeply
• Successful in organizing, attention to detail, and aware of accuracy in daily work
• Able to work in a small team focused on operational duties more
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, in particular, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Possessing good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrating Intermediate+ English level

As a TSL, you will cooperate with the Senior Talent Success Lead, be responsible for operational tasks and get involved in staffing processes step by step. It is a hands-on role including interaction with employees, project managers, and the company leadership team. Talent Success Lead (TSL) also manages tools, data, and reporting on the company staff's resource management, including capability, availability, and utilization data. This role also works hand-in-hand with Recruiting in screening prospective resources into each practice.

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH 

• Managing Release to Reserve/Rotation processes, and making decisions on the acceptance
• Assuring load, managing tasks assignment for employees in reserve
• Keeping stakeholders updated regarding staffing capabilities in location
• Participating in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions in their location
• Analyzing reserve quality and amount of available specialists, timely opening reserve vacancies for the external search for skills that cannot be gained internally, make decisions on hiring
• Recommendations for employees available in reserve for open vacancies by providing extensive information about a candidate, timely reaction to staffing needs, or changes
• Managing potential apprentice needs and tracking apprenticeship vacancies
• Investigating, creating, and applying best practices for staffing speed upon location/in the Company
• Being involved in initiatives within the Company to improve staffing and resourcing processes
