TechSchool is a SoftServe University department that unites proactive, open-minded, and bold experts into one team. We do believe that learning is vital in the ever-changing landscape of IT industry. For that reason, we design and provide specialized pieces of training and courses for software engineers, QC/QA specialists, project managers, business analysts, designers, etc.

Our perfect candidate is a flexible, persistent, and cheerful person, who enjoys communicating with the employees within a company and support different learning solutions. We are looking for someone who wants not only to provide learning opportunities for others but also to constantly grow and learn by himself/herself.

• Experienced in working in the professional development area
• An excellent communicator with Upper Intermediate+ English level
• Able to balance multiple projects at once and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A person with strong planning skills
• Client-oriented, pro-active and flexible
• Detail-oriented and a real problem solver

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Ensuring the successful implementation of learning solutions. In cooperation with Learning Architects, maintaining and developing the learning process
• Experts and candidates to meet learning expectations and managing the business needs proactively and optimally
• Scheduling training classes, updating materials, maintaining documentation, learning curricula, and other learning objects on the LMS; keeping the events calendar for the organization
• Applying assessment tools to measure training effectiveness; collecting feedback to improve training; tracking and reporting on training outcomes; maintaining employee training records
• Coordinating the knowledge sharing process via involving associates into internal and external knowledge and experience sharing events and activities
• Managing the training budget
• Various projects inside and outside of the team executing the tasks set to or by Technical Schools
• Taking part in regular operational Team meetings. Having 1:1 meetings with Head of Technical Schools
• Providing effective consulting and expert support for L&D organization and all stakeholders
