Our perfect candidate has a grip on understanding the business aspect of client’s products and delivering all kinds of user assistance. You are to communicate with system-oriented developers and business-oriented stakeholders effectively, drive full-dress investigation before getting down to presenting your findings to the audience, and organize various types of information into self-contained pieces.


A professional having the below-mentioned skills

  • Advanced or proficient level of English
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Knowledge of plain English guidelines and international writing standards (Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • A concept of Microsoft Style Guide
  • At least a theoretical technical background
  • Experience with authoring tools like Adobe Technical Communication Suite, Madcap Flare, Confluence, or Zendesk
  • Background working in screen-capturing and video development tools
  • Attention to details, striving to immerse in technical peculiarities


  • Managing the content within the internal services, verifying hyperlinks, ensuring the content is clear and provided in the most optimal way for the end-user
  • Evaluating and deciding what information is critical for the user (what information is primary and what is secondary)
  • Communication with subject matter experts to ensure that their information is accurate
  • Producing User Manuals, Quick Reference Guides, Software Installation Manuals and Productions Releases
  • Creating video User Guides
  • Developing templates for User Manuals
  • Facilitation in creating corporate Knowledge Base related to Service Catalog
  • Creating technical documentation for mobile applications or help documentation built within mobile or web applications
  • Performing a regular review and actualizing the service documentation
