Junior .Net Software Engineer (ID 60230)

Our client has been providing user-friendly, intuitive oil, and gas software that accelerates answers to critical questions impacting daily productivity and overall success. More than 500 oil and gas companies rely on that product for its software solutions and expert support.  

We want to have in our team an engineer who has strong communicational skills and willing to learn a lot of new domain knowledge as well as get experience in communication with end-users. The candidate will work in Professional Services org, with the ability to use both development and client interaction skills. 

We are looking for a person

• Willing to work for a Professional Services Organization (10% of development work, 70% of non-development work (debugging, investigations, environment configuration, product installations, unit testing, documentation), 20% of communication (with Client and Customers)
• Ready for a long-term assignment (1y+)

YOU ARE 

• Proficient in SQL
• Skilled in .NET Framework (.NET Standard, .NET 4.64.8)
• Experienced in .NET WebAPI
• Having at least one year of C# background
• Professional in C++ and HTML
• Ready to work on a supportive project where the main goal is to troubleshoot, find the root cause, and suggest an effective solution
• Willing to learn something new and get experience in a new domain
• An initiative, open-minded and easy-going person with nice time management skills
• A good team player, and oriented to detail
• A client-centric person not afraid to talk to end-users and understand their needs
• Easily switching between development and non-development (like documentation or investigating) tasks
• Demonstrating Intermediate+ English level
