We are looking for an IT HelpDesk Engineer who will be engaged in managing IT-related activities connected with registering and tracking tickets from employees in ITSM system, granting/revoking access to IT resources, operating Company hotline calls, providing basic information about IT services.


  • Experienced in Help Desk systems (preferable)
  • Having background working in CallCenter (preferable)
  • Familiar with  MS Windows 10, and MS Office
  • Able to get things done and possessing troubleshooting skills
  • The one who can work using checklists
  • Showing team player and client-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrating Intermediate and above English level 


  • Managing IT-related activities connected with the process, registering and delegating tickets to appropriate Service owner, tracking their correct completion till closure, indicating possible problems and risks and raising them to appropriate stakeholder
  • Operating Company Hotline calls to provide basic information about IT services, processes, status of tickets, general IT-related advisory
  • Managing specific Access management procedure related to granting/revoking access to IT resources
  • Managing objects in Active Directory (creating/releasing user account in AD, creating mail group, changing memberships in mail group)
  • Notifying the team, IT department, and the company about services failure
  • Procedure fault analysis and troubleshooting, detecting the roots of problems and making decisions for resolving them. Cooperating with other directions if required to accomplish tickets effectively and efficiently
  • Keeping team documentation (procedures, handbooks) organized and up-to-date
