IT Academy is a part of Talent Acceleration Center at SoftServe University. Here candidates can find different learning solutions to start a career in IT.

Global Talent Operations team is looking for you, an experienced specialist to share our common goal to make the company better by matching the right people with the right projects. As an IT Academy Recruiter, you will perform the strategic role as a staffing consultant and a contact point for a hiring manager. You will also be involved in IT academy group launching and their future staffing.


The candidate having the following skills and abilities

  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT industry
  • Knowledge of software development company functioning
  • Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components (desirable)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Result orientation and willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong motivation to manage customer's/partner's expectations
  • Personal effectiveness and motivation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level


  • Using creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source and engage candidates
  • Pre-screening candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to group requirements
  • Cooperation with ITA Recruitment Hub on group status
  • Conducting interviews with tech expert for a successful group launching
  • Possibility of performing as the primary contact point for candidates and conducting the full recruiting cycle (communicating status, answering questions, and coordinating all follow-up efforts)
  • Communication regarding recruiting achievement, providing updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, etc.
  • Maintaining the database of candidates and recruitment-related reports
  • Tight collaboration with Marketing Team, attending events, career fairs, etc. to extend the recruiting pipeline
