The mission of our project is to enable the shift to a new, independent, and flexible work. With our cloud-based platform and mobile app, we offer companies, freelancers, vendors, contractors, and remote teams around the globe a technical toolset for the best-possible collaboration. On the one hand, our solutions enable companies to organize their external workforce, automate their onboarding processes, improve compliance, streamline invoicing, and billing processing. On the other hand, we help freelancers and vendors to manage their clients to send fast invoices and get paid on time.

YOU ARE

• Experienced in Ruby on Rails Development
• Demonstrating at least 1 years of commercial background
• Confident in requirements elicitation and analysis
• Skilled in decomposing the complexity of tasks
• Showing practice with Docker (optional but would be nice to have)

• Estimation and scope decomposition
• Software assessment activities and performing improvement
