YOU ARE

• A marketing/content marketing expert with 2+ years experience, with a marketing/product marketing, communications, or HR Operations background
• Ready to take initiative, able to manage executions
• Proactive thinker with the ability to recognize problems and opportunities in advance
• Having experience in communication strategy planning, executing, and reporting multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish
• A person with a thorough understanding of the target audience and maintaining the right tone of voice while writing copy
• A rapid learner who understands and effectively distills complex, technical subjects into easy-to-understand language
• A flexible person with strong collaborative, interpersonal, and teamwork skills able to work with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds
• An excellent communicator/presenter with multi-cultural inclusion and diversity mindset
• A stress-tolerant person  ready to take on challenges
• Having a flair for English and Ukrainian languages (Advanced level or C1, C2)
• A detail freak who will fight for a word or a comma in the right place

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Building and implementing a creative marketing strategy for  IT Department services and products
• Developing, planning, and executing a variety of marketing promo campaigns simultaneously based on stakeholder communicational goals
• Managing multiple projects and tasks with cross-company stakeholders targeted to increase associates’ awareness & engagement
• Creating measurable standards to track the effectiveness of your campaign including but not limited to researches, surveys, and reports to ensure successful communication distribution of IT Department services and products within a company
• Leading and executing content creation and distribution within various marketing channels (emails, presentations, one-pagers, long reads, or short posts for internal channels, video production, etc.)
• Planning & executing the cascading of information and integration of new IT services and products within SoftServe
• Establishing strong relationships and cooperate with other marketing/IT directions to strengthen campaigns and keep channels consistent
