  • A candidate with a Master's degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR, or related field
  • Having Marketing, Employer Branding, PR experience (at least 2 years)
  • Having an advantage of IT industry related experience (at least 1 year)
  • A proven communicator/presenter
  • Successful at marketing strategy implementation
  • Experienced in developing and implementing marketing strategies and measuring their effectiveness
  • Proficient in successful managing complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish
  • Skilled in producing annual reports, including working with agencies (desirable)
  • Showing Fluent English language level


  • Building and implementation of Employer Branding strategy, campaigns to promote SoftServe's competitive advantage as the Best place to work
  • Launching promotion campaigns using innovative marketing tools to increase Brand Awareness or generate candidate pipeline for Global Talent Operations
  • Cooperation with Global Talent Operations on a regular basis to meet staffing needs
  • Organization of conferences, meet-ups, user groups or drive partnership with other conferences, events, communities as well as brainstorming new formats
  • Establishing an internal referral program strategy
  • Ensuring organizational initiatives and promotion campaigns towards referral program are successfully implemented and deliver results
  • Planning, editing, and writing content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as an internal social tool, newsletters, or regular email bulleting
  • Planning and organizing corporate celebrations and engagement events
  • Storyboard or translating ideas to the creative team or designer
  • Planning and cost accounting of DC budget
