Global Talent Operations team is looking for you, an experienced specialist, who will share our common goal to make the company better by matching the right people with the right projects. As a Recruiter, you will perform a strategic role as a staffing consultant and contact point for a hiring manager. You will also act as a Staffing Lead for several projects with full-cycle recruitment responsibilities including preliminary consulting, further recruiting strategy, and its actual implementation.

 

YOU ARE

  • Possessing at least 2 years of recruiting experience in IT industry
  • Using creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source, and engage candidates
  • Pre-screening and interviewing candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements
  • Able to coordinate all interview stages (technical, project, and customer interviews)
  • The one who can communicate regarding recruiting achievement, provide updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, etc.
  • Understanding software development company functioning
  • Having a clue of full lifecycle recruiting components
  • Able to work under pressure
  • A result-oriented, effective and motivated Recruiter
  • Strongly motivated to manage customer/partner expectations
  • Showing Intermediate+ English level

 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Organizing and conducting HR, Technical, Project, Client Interviews
  • Completing the Candidate's Profile and assuring that this profile will be filled by the hiring manager
  • Maintaining all interview outcomes data in the HR DB
  • Providing candidates with feedback after each interview
  • Reviewing hiring manager interview performance with each candidate and taking appropriate action
  • Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Analyzing the external labor market as per company needs on a permanent basis and responding to it proactively
  • Conducting regular follow-up meetings with vacancy requester to determine the effectiveness of recruiting up-to-date
  • Research and recommendation of new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and using social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Multiple cross-functional teams in a close cooperation
