SoftServe team has been successfully cooperating with the client-side-team for more than 6 years. High productivity and constant feedback is achieved by using Scrum methodology: daily standup meetings, groomings, weekly planning meetings. We communicate with non-technical departments as well, like products, operations, marketing, which allows us to identify problems easily, understand business scope, and find the best solutions for their needs. Our team participates both in CRM+ERP development together with the development of e-shop itself. 

YOU ARE 

• Experienced in Magento 2 Back End Development
• Possessing at least 1 year of commercial experience 
• Confident in requirements elicitation and analysis  
• Experienced in estimation, refactoring, and debugging 
• Good at decomposing the complexity of tasks 
• Doing good in decision-making and implementation of architectural solutions 
• A fast learner 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH 

• Estimation and scope decomposition 
• Software assessment activities and performing improvements
• Application and Web Servers: NGINX, Docker, Magento Cloud 2.3 
• RDBMS or Other Data Storage: MySQL, MariaDB 
• APIs and protocols: SOAP, OAuth, different internal and external REST services 
• Testing: Rspec, Capybara 
• Deployment tools: Capistrano
