Our Customer is an American technology company that develops cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software system for business.

As a Technical Consultant (MS SQL Data Engineer), you will be a member of a dynamic team responsible for the high-quality launch of our Human Capital Management products. You will be also responsible for delivering high-line Development and Consulting Services to our Customer.

YOU ARE

The person who demonstrates the following competencies

• Proficiency in MySQL
• Expansive experience with RDBMS and SQL
• At least 3 years of industrial experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Applied mathematics or equivalent education
• Practical background of Web Services and Web API development
• Team playing and result/customer orientation skills
• Ability to be an active listener and a good communicator
• Decision making and problem-solving skills
• Accepting ownership of assigned tasks/solutions
• Consulting experience which is preferred
• Intermediate strong+ English level 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• MS SQL, T-SQL, Querying data, Stored Procedures, Functions, etc.
• Designing, developing, testing, debugging, enhancing, and maintaining technical integration solutions except for complex components and in compliance with the defined engineering standards
• Participating in the development of technical specifications and technological approaches
• Assisting in technical solutions validation
• Maintaining technical specifications and supplementary project documentation in compliance with the changes in the system or its environment
• Providing estimates of efforts required to implement the tasks assigned and accomplish the tasks in compliance with a schedule defined by the technical management
• Proactive communication with customers
• Identifying system and engineering deficiencies and recommending solutions and process improvements. Contributing to and enforcing integration development standards
• Developing professional skills and knowledge by participating in and contributing to a certain Competence Group
• Mentoring junior staff
• Facilitating in development tasks prioritization for junior staff
• Assisting in the enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
• Assuming additional responsibility for the final result without being asked
