As a Talent Success Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading TSL Team and being involved in several complex and existing processes inside a progressive Department of a huge Company, full of smart and nice people, so keep on reading and take your chance!

Talent Success Team Lead will also lead the process of effective talent management inside Dnipro location, create and implement local TSL strategy. It's a person who will be in front of local and cross-company changes, provide the best Talent Operation service managing expectations of different stakeholders, and raise TSL Team competency with training, mentoring, and knowledge exchange.

YOU ARE

• A candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Having 2 years of experience with facilitation, coordination, scheduling, and managing of internal and external resources or similar role
• Understanding IT outsourcing industry well
• Demonstrating a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills in managing complex deployments
• Having superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail and demonstrating commitment to information accuracy and completeness 
• Able to independently manage priorities and resources in a high-volume, client-driven environment
• Highly service-oriented and responsive
• Able to negotiate on different Company levels
• Having excellent written/verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, in particular, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Showing Intermediate+ English level

• Taking care of employees retention processes in location
• Creating and implementing staffing and retention strategy for specific projects and the location in general
• Consulting and supporting company management to ensure the best quality of collaboration with stuffing
• Managing salaries in local Talent Pool (Reserve)
• Providing consulting and mentoring to TSL team, analyzing training needs, preparing and conducting internal training for the team's excellence
• Analysis of reserve quality and amount of available specialists, timely open reserve vacancies for the external search for skills which cannot be gained internally, making the decision on hirings
• Assuring load, managing tasks assignment for employees in reserve, making dismissal decisions
• Keeping stakeholders updated regarding staffing capabilities and dismissal risks in the location
• Managing potential apprentice needs and tracking apprenticeship vacancies
• Investigating, creating and applying best practices for staffing speed upon location/in the Company
• Tracking the effectiveness of TSL direction through metrics and indicators, and based on the data, perform all necessary actions within competence
• Managing hiring, onboarding and performance processes of local TSL team
• Driving initiatives in the Company to improve staffing, resourcing, and retention processes
• Supporting the TSL role awareness in the company
