YOU ARE

• A subject matter expert in Oil and gas production life-cycle
• An excellent communicator
• Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally
• Skilled in communicating with development teams effectively to accomplish project goals
• Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
• Proficient in software and enterprise solutions product management role (nice to have)
• Experienced in an analysis role from requirements through to design (nice to have)

YOU WANT TO

• Work with International Oil and Gas companies from Top 10 list
• Analyze real business cases
• Elicit, document and simplify requirements for the development team
• Manage execution for a specific product from initial product definition and planning through production/release and end of life
• Work in an agile process to develop user stories and requirements
• Analyze market and end-user needs
• Serve as the central resource with user experience, architecture, development over the entire product life cycle
• Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement)
• Work with the scrum team on daily basis to clarify requirements, balance business needs with technical requirements and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements

TOGETHER WE WILL

We will be working with international Oil and Gas companies from Top 10 list to understand their business cases, gather requirements, and simplify requirements for our development team. You will need good experience in all Oil and Gas production life-cycle to quickly understand the business problem and with the help of your team find potential solutions.

We are also constantly striving to demonstrate our experience and domain knowledge by preparing demo offerings, participating in conferences, and driving webinars.
