WE ARE

Compensation and Benefits Records Management Team responsible for managing employees' salary informational requests and bonuses, provide managers with precise information about compensation recommendations and salary requests, view employees' personal information. We are the right people to address in case of any questions regarding compensation and all kinds of its components within the rules defined by SoftServe's compensation policy.

 

YOU ARE

  • A holder of Master or Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance (desirable)
  • Having a concept of HR Processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Aware of what Workday system is (such experience will be a plus)
  • Experienced with HR or Personnel Administration
  • Aware of basic employment laws command
  • Attentive to details and accurate
  • Demonstrating good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Showing at least Intermediate level of English
  • Possessing a strong analytical mindset
  • At least 1 year experienced with operations, customer service or employee services

 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Internal data collection support
  • Updating an internal database with employee's information with making sure that data changes are valid and are processed timely and accurately
  • Ensuring employee's document preparation for different stakeholders
  • Handling different employee's questions regarding ERM Compensation and Benefits related processes
  • Performing process controls, data uploads, and reconciliations
  • Support of other team members with administrative tasks and assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Maintaining the correct flow of employee life cycle processes (hire, job changes, terminations, compensation change, etc.) from ERM Compensation and Benefits perspective
  • Participating in country-specific or regional projects providing his/her process/country-specific knowledge as valuable input for the initiative

 

TOGETHER WE WILL

Ensure that all the compensation data will be stored correctly and we'll also provide requestors with appropriate information regarding their compensation in correspondence with SoftServe's internal policies and labor law. We'll also work a lot with Excel sheets with great amounts of confidential data, therefore if you are into numbers - you'll enjoy this job!
