Project support is a team of IT ninjas who are always around and able to help in any even the most difficult situation. As part of our team, you will be involved in support of various projects of different scale and directions together with the leaders of these directions. A wide range of technologies will allow you to harmoniously develop your professional skills and advanced practice in existing services support and implementation of exciting new initiatives.

 

YOU ARE

  • Having Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Possessing 1 year+ experience in administrating and support IT infrastructure systems and applications
  • Having at least Pre-Intermediate level of English

Applications

  • Competent in MS Windows Server Administration
  • Competent in Active Directory, DNS, RDP
  • Competent in Azure AD, Office365, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, SQL Server administration

Unix and Virtualization

  • Experienced in Linux server administration (preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
  • Experienced in virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware)
  • Experienced with reliable storage systems (hardware and software) for huge volumes of data
  • Having practice server hardware (deployment and management)
  • Acknowledged with core infrastructure services including DNS, Proxy, DHCP, Email, NFS, FTP, Web
  • Experienced with Fault-tolerant topologies
  • Experienced with deployment and administration of infrastructure based on Linux OS&Databases administration (e.g. PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
  • Experienced with virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware)
  • Experienced with MS Windows Server Administration and Administration of MS SQL databases
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Knowledgable about Information Security control solutions and services (e.g. SIEM, IDS/IPS, Antivirus endpoint protection, vulnerabilities scanner services)
  • Knowledgable in patch management tools (e.g. Spacewalk, SCCM or other similar solutions)
  • Having some knowledge in automation deployment (e.g. Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
  • Showing great presentation, analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as good reporting skills
  • Client orientated
  • Good at time management
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Initiative and pro-active and good Team player
  • Flexible, result orientated, hyper responsible, dedicated
  • On-call available
  • Able to work off-hours
 

Professional Certification

  • Certifications (intermediate level) based on technology stack and requirements from promotion criteria or Knowledge evaluation in the appropriate area
 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Resolving service incidents as Layer 3 support, perform troubleshooting and incident escalation
  • Planning maintenance activities
  • Developing guidelines for operations team
  • Participating in service and infrastructure solutions design and development by working with solutions architects
  • Researching and testing of technology solutions and features in the scope of corporate services&development
  • Analyzing performance, health and resources usage of infrastructure services and proactively manage their resource allocation
  • Contributing to skill development of team engineers, mentorship of junior staff
  • Performing security risk analysis and treatment by working with InfoSec team
  • Communicating with external contractors and service providers
  • Maintaining and documenting services in accordance with defined corporate and industry standards
  • Assisting project coordinator or manager in the development of project-related documents, project planning, dividing large project into phases and tasks, estimation and control task execution
  • Approved project tasks and service changes execution, estimates and reporting provision
  • Deploying new service/system into production according to the Deployment plan
  • Active contribution to corporate knowledge base
  • Possibility of developing professional skills and knowledge by participating in and contributing to a certain Competence Group
