YOU ARE

Demonstrating the following competencies

• At least 2-year-experience of leading a team of Architects/Tech Leads
• Minimum 5-year-experience of developing/architecting web applications (Full Stack client and server) with knowledge of multiple programming languages and technology stacks (e.g. Java, C#, Python, Javascript)
• At least 2-year-experience with Azure (MUST) including knowledge of platform services such as Azure Blob, Hadoop, Spark, Azure DevOps, API Gateway, etc. The same experience with AWS is an advantage
• Proven experience with architecting and refactoring complex systems, as an architect, team leader or a Senior team member
• Proven ability to understand business problems and requirements and design systems to meet both the functional AND non-functional requirements
• Deep analytical skills of system design and requirements decomposition
• Excellency of effective communication both in writing and in face to face conversations in English, other language skills are welcome
• Experience with CI/CD practices, pipelines, containers/containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices patterns
• Strong SQL expertise with common relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server) and Data Warehouses (e.g. knowledge in star schema design)
• High level of independence - can work to bring ideas and concepts to full solution and implementation
• Quick self-learning activity (autodidactism) and love of problem solving, eagerness to constantly learn and teach others
• Strong ability to write documentation of processes & technical information for components and services for which you are responsible
• Skill of leading without formal authority, serve as principal engineer and mentor to other Architects, lead tasks of several Architects and multiple engineering teams. 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Execution of the system architecture roadmap within a line of Products as part of a local solutions group, and to bring and align the vision of several global platforms into that local group. Contribution of new strategic ideas, technologies and solutions to business and technical challenges
• Leading directly a team of hands-on Architects working closely and in collaboration with a Zone Solutions /Engineering groups. Working closely with the global Architecture & Data group distributed in few locations around the world. Localizing the global Architecture vision.
• Leading architectural analysis, notes, diagrams and system design for systems and features while working closely with local project managers, product managers and engineers
• Owning E2E architectural vision and system design for local solutions products and system components / microservices while interfacing with other system architects, software engineers, QA, BI analysts, data scientists, product managers
• Leading Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) from a to z and solutions for existing and new systems, data flows, performance, scalability redundancy, security, and others
• Leading/implementation of proof of concept activities for new technologies and solutions and competing approaches to meeting functional and/or non-functional requirements. Ability to initiate and lead proof of concepts
• Running the architecture reviews to local engineering groups and define architecture blueprints for complex enterprise products/projects

• Deploying systems in cloud-based architecture and strong familiarity with Linux based systems (e.g. Ubuntu)
• SQL analytical abilities
• Big Data, Talent, Hadoop, Speak, ETL and data pipelines and data streaming
• Volume & performance analysis, testing and architectural patterns for solving bottlenecks
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training
• Strong troubleshooting skills - ability to assist/lead other teams in investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution
• Big Data and Cloud environment within Enterprise Companies (not just Startups)
