WE ARE

Data, Analytics and Planning team as a part of Global Talents Operations is providing consistent staffing and people analytics expertise for internal teams and company management ensures data validity and accuracy as well as drives analytics enhancement and automation to support scalability and decision making.

We are looking for an open-minded and enthusiastic person to join our team, passionate about analyzing and interpreting various types of information and data.

As a part of our team, you will be dealing with few operational systems and the data it contains, built deep and precise analytics for teams and company management, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports. On top of that, you will be involved in designing new automated analytics within available corporate tools.

YOU ARE

• Having a Bachelor degree or higher
• Experienced or strongly willing to work with data analysis
• Strong in working with MS Office tools, in particular, Excel
• Experienced with working with big volumes of data (desirable)
• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both verbal and written)
• Showing an analytical mindset, logical thinking
• The one having critical thinking, attention to details
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Good at adhering to and meeting deadlines

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Collection, analysis, and interpretation of data by using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Preparation and presentation of complex regular reports
• Capturing ad-hoc requests for extensive analytics
• Capturing incoming requests for operational tasks support (corporate staffing tools)
• Providing expertise and interpretation of general and specific analytics
• Monitoring data accuracy in corporate systems, initiate changes to automated analytics once needed
• Other duties as assigned
