YOU ARE

  • Pro with 5+ years of designing and/or delivering Compensation and Benefit programs, tools and initiatives
  • Change manager of large-scale organizational transformation projects that have direct influence on business operations and SoftServe value chain
  • Excellent in cooperating closely with multiple cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management initiatives
  • Effective in a large, complex, matrixed organization
  • Expert in compensation and benefits field
  • Experienced with HR practices and compensation cycle management

 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Defining a fair, equitable and competitive Total Rewards philosophy globally that fits and is aligned to the corporate strategy and business goals
  • Development and implementation of Total Rewards policies, procedures and communication aligned with the global Total Rewards philosophy
  • Facilitation of annual salary & benefits survey processes
  • Ensuring in-depth and transparent analysis of compensation market data, trends and economic indicators
  • Assessment of market threats and opportunities to estimate and prevent risk of losing key staff and attract talents
  • Setting up and driving compensation business processes excellence in corporate HRMS system
  • Implementation and support of global corporate benefits program and culture aligned with SoftServe positioning and business goals
  • Total Rewards Team as a leader, mentor, manager and owner of decisions

 

TOGETHER WE WILL

  • Create and implement programs that will affect more than 8k of associates
  • Develop and implement recognition initiatives and platforms to drive employees' engagement
  • Lead high complexity projects on the design and implementation of HR processes
