• Candidate who can demonstrate Intermediate+ level of English
• Possessing strong leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure

You are Candidate possessing the following expert knowledge

• Understanding of software development company functioning
• Background of at least  1 year of team management
• 1+ year of recruiting experience is desired (preferably in the IT industry)

• Operational process support
• Performance of full recruitment lifecycle for SoftServe IT Academy
• Analyzing external labour market compared with company needs on permanent basis
• Research and recommendation of new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting as well as using social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
• Possibility of being a Leader of IT Academy HUB recruiters team
• The necessity of ensuring full-cycle recruitment services on all locations
• Staffing process analysis
• Coordination of recruiting team in the assigned location/Development Center
• Managerial resource on IT market analysis
