A great Global Talent Operations Team and we are looking for a smart and talented person who will ensure that Big Data and Data Science staffing meets demand and it is cost-efficient. Big Data&Data Science Talent Operations Competence Lead will work directly with Centre of Excellence management to improve Big Data&Data Science talent and development continuously, and to raise competency of the Global Talent Operations (GTO) members with trainings, mentoring and knowledge exchange.

A perfect fit is
A candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher
Having 2 years of experience with facilitation, coordination, scheduling and managing of internal and external resources or similar role
Understanding IT outsourcing industry well
Demonstrating a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills in managing complex deployments
Superior in organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail and demonstrated a commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information
Able to independently manage priorities and resources in a high volume, client-driven environment
Highly service-oriented and responsive
Having excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
The one having Upper-Intermediate+ English level
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Development and maintenance of GTO standards, best practices, key processes, metrics and tools
Coordinationation Big Data&Data Science staffing in all locations
Consulting and mentoring of GTO and Big Data&Data Science team, assist them in resolving complex issues
Management of available external and internal pools
Talents' reserve management
Providing cross-location consultancy assistance with risk management and retention
Providing compensation consulting strategy and planning
Providing cost-effectiveness analysis for Big Data&Data Science directions within GTO team
Defining metrics and indicators for monitoring compliance with implemented practices
Maintaining expert network for internal and external interviews
Analyzing training needs to initiate and support relevant learning initiatives
Supporting GTO services and promoting these services inside the company. Preparation and conducting presentations for different purposes
Conducting market analysis of Big Data&Data Science competencies in all locations
Providing support to CoE Intelligent Enterprise with community development
Hiring strategy improvement and maintenance
Collecting and analyzing statistics on Big Data&Data Science demand, salary, expertise
