YOU ARE

The one who can be called 'HR front-end' for business (company, people, clients). You are the person who can act as a strategic partner and change agent, an employee champion and administrative expert. You are able to build an efficient HR environment for achieving business objectives.

  • The candidate with Master's degree or equivalent experience (HR Management/Management/Psychology/Sociology)
  • Having 3+ years HR-domain experience and project coordination experience, previous practice working with global companies is desirable
  • The one who knows multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employment laws
  • Understanding how an organization operates, especially about organizational design, business functions, roles, managerial chains etc.
  • Knowledgeable about multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices; employee relations, loyalty and retention; diversity and inclusion; performance management; employment law etc.
  • Aware of HR data sources and methods of calculations and analysis
  • The candidate who realizes different personality traits, motives and characteristics
  • Passionate about global & cultural differences
  • Able to resolve conflicts, solve problems, provide organizational comsulting and be a critical thinker
  • The one who can provide facilitation and coaching, learning agility, emotional intelligence and self-regulation meanwhile staying an active listener
  • Possessing English Intermediate-strong +English level, certificate of successful completion of HR management/ coaching/consultancy/facilitation professional program which would be a plus

 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

Strategic Partner

  • Identify business challenges and opportunities in Delivery Unit/Department
  • Co-create HR strategy for Delivery Unit/Department hand in hand with VP-level, Delivery/Department leaders
  • Provide input on Delivery Unit/Department organizational design
  • Provide HR-focused expertise when formulating Delivery Unit/Department's strategy and goals
  • Facilitate creation of Delivery Unit/Department's strategy by organizing workshops and strategic sessions (on demand)
  • Engage all leadership levels & layers in strategic analysis and planning

People Practices Coach

  • Co-create leadership workforce plan, identify and build key talent pools hand in hand with VP-level, Delivery or Department leaders
  • Coach all leadership levels & layers on team composition and development
  • Identify, select, hire and onboard key talents together with a line manager and other functions
  • Identify training needs and monitor developmental process for key talents
  • Develop leaders' managerial competencies through various knowledge sharing activities
  • Consult leaders on development and communication of business goals, OKRs, personal objectives (EPM contacts) and development plans of their teams
  • Provide support in analysis and interpretation of ESAT, turnover, staff rotation, span of control, compensation costs to come up with business insights and build action plans
  • Conduct team facilitation/ team coaching session (on demand) to blend various experience of team members for finding new solutions or potential improvements

Change Agent

  • Analyze HR data (ESAT, turnover, compensation etc.) in Delivery Unit/Department
  • Analyze external and internal trends and benchmarks in partnership with the HR group to develop the best HR solutions
  • Consult all leadership levels & layers on the improvement of people management environment
  • Ensure smooth introduction and implementation of new HR solutions, programs and policies within the Delivery Unit/Department through a cross-functional cooperation
  • Promote buy-in among all leadership levels & layers when implementing change initiatives
  • In cooperation with HR group, initiate changes in corporate HR services and policies based on business needs and challenges
  • Proactively participate in HRBP projects and cross-company HR initiatives
