Business Trip Office is currently looking for a bright and ambitious Business Trip Manager to join our growing team! The Business Trip Manager handles the day-to-day travel needs of corporate business accounts. A successful Manager will build solid relationships with our corporate clients by delivering exceptional customer service and by exceeding assosiates' expectations in every interaction related to travel management, teamwork and communication, office systems and processes.

YOU ARE

  • Experienced in working for a travel agency more than 2 years
  • Having industry related experience 1+ year, which is a plus
  • A candidate with Upper Intermediate English level
  • Familiar with travel industry, Travel Management Company Tools, Global Distribution Systems Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo
  • The one with strong Planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experienced in working with and possessing booking skills with online resources like Booking.com, Hotels.com, Skyscanner, etc.
  • Aware of current trends in travel. Knowledge of popular and upcoming destinations is also important
  • Willing and able to work in a team of staff with mixed skills
  • Resilient to cope with long hours and pressure at peak times
  • Teamplayer
  • Punctilious

 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Making travel arrangements for staff travels and related incoming missions
  • Hotels, train, air tickets bookings and car rent reservations via online booking sources
  • Composition, draft and adapting correspondence and documentation
  • Staff orders creation
  • Air tickets issuing via Amadeus system as well as other GDS
  • Providing advice on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations etc.
  • Implementation of alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business travel tools
  • Deaingl with disciplinary matters and employee complaints regarding business trips
  • Using financial management skills such as overseeing the budget
  • Handling mail, email, phone enquiries

 

TOGETHER WE WILL

  • Ensure that employee's travel is safe and organized according to company policy
  • Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
  • Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors

  • Drive continuous improvement of travel programs
